Mike Brown-Cestero listed in "Who's Who" Mike Brown-Cestero was recently honored in the prestigious "Who's Who" issue of In Business Las Vegas, Las Vegas' premiere business-focused publication. This particular issue focused on the Construction and Development markets of Las Vegas, and "showcased the movers and shakers who have helped design, develop and build the landscape we know as the Las Vegas Valley," says Rob Langrell, Editor for IBLV. Of the approximately 400 business leaders listed in this publication, Mike Brown-Cestero was the only Audio/Video integrator featured. Why AVL? Although founded in 2005, we have nearly 40 years experience in theatrical, worship, nightclub (of both the Live and DJ variety, including gentlemen's clubs), casino, and educational projects (please see the "Who We Are" page on this website). We have designed many audio, video, and lighting systems and are dealers or resellers of all major brands, and are also experienced with rigging, fabrication, and stage construction projects. And if you have existing equipment that we don't include in our new system design, we will offer to buy it back from you (as a credit towards the new system).Our Design philosophy is simple: our system should be invisible. It should never draw attention to itself by being too loud or too bright, or by malfunctioning at a critical moment. Your guest should leave your facility not having consciously noticed how smooth the sound was, or how great your performer looked, or how the screen they just watched the big game on was properly installed and set up, with the colors and contrast set perfectly. After all, they came expecting that, didn't they? We also feel that you should never notice us, either. We can do our design work during your "down" time, while you're at home relaxing and preparing for your next work shift. We schedule our employees and subs only as needed, and insist that they take all the garbage and demolition with them. Our systems are designed with the minimum amount of equipment needed to get the job done, and often include computerized diagnostic systems to allow you to anticipate maintenance needs and perform repairs before the item in question ever fails!
